Terms and Warranty

We do our best to ensure that you are happy with your watch and can enjoy it for years of trouble-free operation. Since the nature of our business is personal service, we invite you to contact us directly with any questions or issues. Also please refer to our policies below for full details on our terms and product warranty:


WARRANTY: All of our watches are covered by a one-year guarantee on parts and operation. The overall functions and timing accuracy are guaranteed to be in working condition during this period. In the event of warranty repair, we will fix or replace parts as needed free of charge (excluding shipping costs).

COVERAGE: Our one-year warranty includes usage under standard conditions, however does not apply for watches exposed to high impact damage, shattered crystals, or exposure to extreme elements or moisture. If a watch requiring warranty service incurs additional (non-covered) work, we will be happy to supply an estimate for the additional repairs or provide referrals or advice.

RETURN POLICY: Customers have a period of 7 calendar days to return a new watch purchase. Due to the made-to-order nature of our product fulfillment, we are unable to provide a full refund—however will reimburse a customer for the purchase price, minus shipping fees and a 35% restocking fee. The watch must be in new unworn condition with all original boxes and packaging included. This return policy only applies to models and editions represented on our website and does not cover custom orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS: For one-off custom orders, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with the outcome. Please contact us with questions or concerns on your purchase.
